A strange creature is terrorizing the citizens of Paris, including Verne's neighbors. The crew of the Aurora decide to
look into the matter. However, Rebecca, recovering from an injury received in the line of duty, further damages her leg while chasing down the Golem, and must remain confined to a wheelchair in Verne's garret.
While gazing out the window one evening she witnesses what appears to be a murder committed by Jules. Verne is arrested on suspicion of being the murderous Golem and thrown in prison.
It is up to his friends to
prove his innocence and discover the true identity of the Golem before it kills again... for his next target is Rebecca.
