Phileas steps in to help yet another "damsel in distress" and ends up snared in her web.
Adriana Locke has
asked Phileas to allow the Aurora to transport an Egyptian sarcophagus to New York for display in a museum. However, Ms. Locke is not quite what she appears. The coffin contains the remains of Nepka, the high priest of
an ancient spider cult, and Ms. Locke is determined to bring him back to life, sacrificing Phileas in the process.
Passepartout, Rebecca, and Jules set out to rescue Phileas from Ms. Locke's web of deceit, but it
is Jules Verne who ultimately saves the day, overcoming their adversary with.... pure virility
