An ancient black glove, sent to Phileas Fogg by persons unknown, unleashes all sorts of trouble. An old friend of Fogg's is
on the run for his life. A mysterious stranger menaces Jules Verne. Fogg's home is burgled. And Rebecca is kidnapped by Zai Chao, a Chinese gangster who wishes to exchange her for the glove.
In a climatic
free-for-all to rescue Rebecca, Passepartout demonstrates his prowess with nunchucks, Verne tosses dynamite, Phileas uses a move he learned in "Indiana", Rebecca gets into a cat-fight, and Zai Chao discovers
that absolute power isn't all it's cracked up to be.
