To add the SAJV theme to your Yahoo! Messenger:

--Open your Program Files folder on your hard drive
--Open the Yahoo! folder
--Open the Messenger folder
--Open the Skins folder

--Create a new folder in Skins called SAJV
--copy the files in the zipped file into the new folder

In your Yahoo! Messenger program:

--Under Login, choose Preferences
--Choose Appearance from the list on the left
--In the dropdown menu on the right, choose SAJV
--Click the Apply button at the bottom
--Click okay

You should now have the new theme in your Yahoo! Messenger.  Enjoy!
